Features Of Non Woven Cleaning Cloth
Cleanliness
The check cloth must be at least as clean as the most important cloth used in the cleaning process. In fact, it should be the cleanest wipe. Therefore, it must be cleaned in a cleanroom to remove all particulate, non-volatile (NVR) and ionic contaminants. Preferably, it should have a sealed edge or a sealed-border, because this is where the wipe comes off.
Absorbency
Check that the absorbent capacity of the wipe must equal or exceed all other wipes used in the cleaning process so that it can be used as the last cleaning and capture any contaminants left by the previous wipe.
Durability
The wipes must not fade and resist any chemical or mechanical (abrasive) erosion. Pure 100% monofilament polyester is perfect for this task, which is why it is used in the cleanest cleanroom wipes.

How to Maintain Non Woven Cleaning Cloth
